This antique pendant (circa 1880) features a hand charm holder of 14k gold. The bottom screws open and closed to securely hold charms, a pendant, or a locket.
The piece measures 1.75 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 0.5 inches wide, and it is in great condition.
