This piece was originally two 14k gold pins from the early 1900s refashioned into a necklace with a new 14k gold chain. The heart and bow are both accented with enamel forget-me-not flowers.
The pendant measures 1.3 inches from top to bottom by 1.1 inches wide. The total necklace length (pendant plus chain) is 15 inches.
