This antique piece by Krementz & Co. dates to the early 1900s. It features a heart and matching bail with vibrant blue and white enamel forget-me-not flowers. The bail is removable and the heart can be worn as either a pendant or brooch.
The pendant measures 1.2 inches from top to bottom by 0.8 inches wide, and it is in very good condition.
